LEAD Conference

The RLPA LEAD Conference is an annual Student Conference held in beautiful Nordegg, Alberta.

Students are given the opportunity to liase with delegates from all of our member instutitutions, and hone their presentation skills by teaching each other about the latest hot topics that they are facing in their communities.

Topics range from fundamentals of leadership to advanced community management and everything "Res Life" in between.
